Premier Clean is one of those rare companies you feel incredibly lucky to have found. I manage a holiday rental property (Airbnb) in Bournemouth remotely, and Sharon and her team have become so much more than our cleaners. Sharon really is my eyes on the ground and my right hand, and the peace of mind that gives me is invaluable.

Their cleaning standards are immaculate, but what makes them special is the care and attention they give to everything around it. They think about what guests will need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay and notice the little details that make such a difference. It’s clear they care about the whole guest experience, as well as how the property looks.

From managing the rubbish and bins to helping with repairs and keeping me informed about anything that needs attention, their support goes far beyond what you would normally expect from a cleaning company. Communication is consistently excellent, and they are incredibly reliable. When you’re managing a property from a distance, having someone you can trust to care for it properly makes all the difference.

Working in property management, I know how difficult it can be to find a team that consistently delivers the standards you need. Sharon and her team are an absolute gem, and I never take their hard work or commitment for granted. They are worth every penny we pay them.

Thank you, Sharon and everyone at Premier Cleaning, for everything you do. I cannot recommend you highly enough, especially to anyone looking for a dependable, caring team to help look after a holiday rental. We are so fortunate to have you!

The communication was excellent.
The cleaning was performed without us needing to attend as we live a distance from this property. Very professional & we will ask to use their services again. Thank you 😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 110% recommend Premier clean! Sharon and her colleague did an outstanding job cleaning our flat, we honestly couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She managed to fit us in at very short notice, which we were so grateful for, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

The flat was left spotless, with real attention to detail, and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. It felt fresh, cared for, and properly cleaned , not rushed at all. Sharon’s communication was excellent throughout, which made the whole process completely stress-free.

We’re so thankful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. An amazing service from genuinely lovely people. Thank you so much! 💛

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired Premier Clean to handle the post-construction cleaning on one of our recent residential projects, and they did a fantastic job.

They were on time, well-prepared, and worked efficiently. They cleaned up all the dust and debris leftover from the job, leaving the home spotless and ready for the client. They paid great attention to detail and handled all surfaces with care.
